Office Changes In Response to COVID-19
Your safety and the safety of all our clients and staff is top priority. We are asking that if you (1) have experienced flu-like symptoms including recent cough/respiratory problems (2) had a fever and (3) been out of the country or anywhere with a travel advisory in the last 21 days, do not come into the office until you are cleared by your medical provider. We are providing telehealth counseling (confidential online counseling) to clients whose insurance covers services and private pay clients. Please check with your insurance company for coverage. Lastly, please take all necessary precautions to stay healthy.

The following insurances are accepted In Network: Aetna/Pro Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Beacon Health, Carebridge, Cigna Health, Guidance Resources, Magellan, Lifeworks, Military One Source and Tricare.
All insurance companies require medical necessity in order to pay for services. This means there must be a diagnosis in order for your insurance to reimburse for treatment. This will be discussed in detail during the initial intake session.
Clients with other insurances or Out of Network (OON) benefits will be given the necessary forms on request should you choose to file with your insurance company in an effort to be reimbursed for your out of pocket costs.
It is the responsibility of the client to verify any co-pays or deductibles prior to initial service. All co-pays and deductibles are due at time of service.
Additional fees apply for services such as preparation of records, treatment summaries, court appearances, meetings and other professional services.
